Real ~ Purposeful ~ Determined
RanaPeri Davis has built a life around change, connection, and helping people move forward. Born in Baltimore and rooted in Camden, South Carolina since 1988, she brings curiosity, warmth, and a love of music, dancing, and deep conversation to everything she does. Her favorite bug is the Lady Bug, as it was what her late father called her.
Her career has woven public service, real estate, and public health into a practical, people-first approach. She made history as the first Branch Services Manager at Coldwell Banker after its merger with Russell & Jeffcoat, and later contributed to Choose Well, South Carolina’s largest contraceptive initiative. A pivotal conversation in 2020 led her to become a Certified Life Coach and launch The RanaPeri Agency, where she supports clients in building strong foundations for personal and professional success.
RanaPeri champions the RPD framework — Real Purposeful Determined — which she expresses through real life experiences; purposeful strategies and resources; and determined advocacy. She uses RPD as guiding language in her coaching and community work rather than as a program she created.
Her community work includes hands-on fieldwork with 410 Consulting, traveling to five South Carolina counties to host listening sessions on food access, nutrition, and activity. Those sessions were town talks in the truest sense: spaces where the community spoke and the team listened, gathering insights that shaped local responses and resources.
In 2025 she returned to real estate with renewed purpose after holding her license for 17 years (2004–2021). Today her focus is empowering residents—especially in rural communities—around budgeting, credit worthiness, leaving a legacy, and living full, healthy lives. She blends practical guidance with compassionate support to help families build financial stability and long-term wellbeing.
RanaPeri is also the creator of BURNOUT, a program for caregivers designed to help them Change, Achieve, and Do (CAD) what they truly deserve. She is a devoted mother of three and a joyful grandmother of four, and she believes in laughter, meaningful friendships, and staying active. Her work—through The RanaPeri Agency, RPD-informed coaching, 410 Consulting partnerships, and local initiatives—reflects a lifelong commitment to helping people move forward with confidence and care.
