RanaPeri Davis has spent her life embracing change, advocating for growth, and helping others navigate life's transitions. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she’s always been fueled by a love for music, dancing, deep conversations, and a genuine curiosity about people.
In 1988, she moved to Camden, SC, where she thrived—working with the South Carolina House of Representatives, excelling in real estate, and making history as the first-ever Branch Services Manager at Coldwell Banker following its merger with Russell & Jeffcoat. She later made an impact in public health at Choose Well, South Carolina’s largest contraceptive initiative.
A pivotal conversation in 2020 led her to become a Certified Life Coach, inspiring the creation of The RanaPeri Agency, where she helps clients build strong foundations for personal and professional success. In 2025, she reentered the real estate field for the second time, returning with renewed purpose after holding her license for 17 years (2004–2021). Her focus is assisting caregivers and seniors through the often challenging transition from home to assisted living or alternative housing, ensuring a process rooted in compassion and care.
RanaPeri is a devoted mother of three, a joyful grandmother of four, and a firm believer in laughter, meaningful friendships, and staying active. She’s also thrilled to introduce BURNOUT, a program designed to empower caregivers to Change, Achieve, and Do (CAD) what they truly deserve.
